In this app has you create recovery plans while you’re ok. The plan could look like having someone call your mom, text you memes, bring you comfort food, or anything else that can help you when you’re not ok. Part of the plan is putting in people the app will notify when you are not ok.

This site provides practical tools to make sure simple things like making sure you’ve taken your medications or vitamins, showered, exercised, etc are completed. You can use it when you feel like shit, or schedule it to be a regular practice.
